To verify your account, we need one of the following Proof Of Identity Documents:

• National Identity Card
• Residence Documentation
• Drivers License

Please be advised that temporary residence permits are not accepted as proof of Identification. 

Below, kindly see the requirements of the Documents that we accept: 

• The document must be government-issued
• We require the front and the back of the document
• The document MUST be clear with all four sides visible
• Your date of birth must be visible and the ID needs to indicate that you are over 18 years of age
• Expired documents are not accepted. The date must be valid and visible
• The document cannot be a screenshot from a computer or mobile device
• Kindly make sure the document is not password-protected
