There are some cases which you may be requested to submit Proof of Address. 

We will require one of the following: 

• Utility Bill
• Bank Statement
• Credit Card Statement

Our criteria for these documents are as follows:

• Must be able to see the full document. All four corners and not cropped. (Account numbers and sensitive information can be covered using a piece of blank white paper).
• The document must be dated within 3 months (90 days) of present-day and we need to see an issue date.
• Must state your full name and address on the document.
• Must show some form of official logo, stamp, or notarization.
• Ensure the document is not password protected.
