To sign up and create an amazingly easy-to-use e-wallet you will need to follow the below steps.

Please click here to visit our sign-up page or head over to the “Sign Up” section on our website and enter your basic details, choose your country of residence from the drop-down menu, and review and accept the terms of service. 

Press the “Sign up” button for an email to be sent out to you to verify your email address and to continue to the next step:

After clicking the “Verify your account” button in our email, you will need to enter your phone number, please remember to enter your country code at the beginning of your phone number.

You will receive a 6-digit passcode via SMS, which you will need to enter to move on to the next step.

You will be redirected to the next step to verify your identity.

Step 1 – Identity Document verification:

You would need to select the country that issued your identity document, choose the type of document you will be uploading, and upload it by clicking on the “Upload the document” field. Once it is done, click on the “Next” button.

Step 2 – Proof of residence verification:

You would need to upload your proof of residence and click on the “Next” button.

Step 3 – Selfie:

You would need to take a real-time selfie.

Double-check if the documents provided are correct, you are able to edit them at this stage. Click on the “Next” button.

Once your documents are processed, you would need to enter the rest of your details, select the currency, and click on the “Continue” button.

Congratulations! Your registration process is complete and you can log in to your Zeply account.
