Please, note that 2FA is mandatory on Zeply. If you need to disable it, you will need to activate it through a different device/method.
In order to disable your 2FA via SMS, you would need to follow the following steps:
- Click on the Settings tab
- Select the Security tab
- Click on the Green button on the right-hand side
Then, you will be requested to input the 6-digit code that has been sent to you via SMS.
The last step would be clicking on the Disable 2FA button to disable your 2FA.
