Identity verification is required to be able to use Zeply.
By verifying your account, you will be able to buy, send, receive, exchange, and withdraw your funds.
The verification process via mobile is quick and easy which can be done directly from your “Dashboard“.
With Zeply, we require a valid identity verification document, proof of residency document and a selfie.
For identity verification, we are able to accept your:
- National Identity Card
- Drivers License
- Passport
- Residence Permit
For proof of address, we are able to accept your:
- Bank Statements
- Utility Bills (should not be older than 3 months)
- Credit Card Statement
- Residence Permit
Start by choosing your country of birth.
Select the country that issued your identity document and chose the document type from the list.
Upload both sides of your document.
Now you can submit your proof of residence.
Upload your document and click on the “Next” button.
The last step would be to take a live selfie directly on our website. To do this, you will need to slowly turn your head around in a circle prompted by on-screen directions to help you as you take the photo.
Click on “I’m Ready” when you think you have a clear selfie to submit the picture to us.
Our Verification Team will review your documents within 24 hours and you will receive an email with updates once reviewed.
